It's tough living with lung disease. Leaping off high rocks is much easier. One person in five in Wales has some kind of lung condition and they all need your help. My wife Margaret is just one of them. She needs medication and oxygen every day and there is no cure. But the right atitude and events like this enable them all to feel that people care and the money raised lets BLF Wales and Breathe Easy get on with their valuable work - EVERY PENNY COUNTS !
I'm doing it again, abseiling - the third year running, at my age too ! All money raised goes to Breathe Easy Neath Valley and British Lung Foundation Wales to help people living with lung conditions. It pays for research, exercise programmes and BLF nurses etc - all vital.
