The Leukaemia Centre Project at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, has been set up to develop and deliver new treatments to benefit leukaemia patients. This centre of excellence will transform the environment for patients receiving treatment for leukaemia, develop world class clinical research, provide an information resource and set up support groups for patients and their families.

I MADE IT!

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm glad to say I succeeded and am now returned safe and sound. The 8 day trip to trek in the world's largest desert was a truly amazing experience. The Sahara is 1200 miles long and 3000 miles wide. It covers 25% of the continent and touches Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia and Egypt. Trekking on the Moroccon side across massive salt plains and deep sand dunes was a test of both physical and psychological strength.
