Hi again all!

Well, after the success of fundraising last year I have jumped in again with a mission to try to raise enough money for just one kid to have the holiday of a lifetime again this year!  Thanks to the support I received last year, my justgiving page closed with donations totalling £3525.23, bearing in mind it costs around £2500 - £3000 to provide a place on Dreamflight for one child, this total was outstanding....thank you!

Every year, the Dreamflight Jumbo Jet takes off from Heathrow bound for Orlando with 192 seriously ill and disabled children on board, together with lots of medical and non medical volunteers who are there to enable these children to have the most amazing holiday around the theme parks of Florida,

I was lucky enough to be part of the 20th Dreamflight trip last October, and the memories I have will stay with me forever.  It is impossible to describe what this trip means to the children who have such disadvantaged lives.  Having had the privilege to escort these gorgeous children while they take their first rollercoaster ride or swim with dolphins has made me doubly committed to trying to beat my target again this year!!
