Story

This year we have a full team of 4 riding the new Pedal For Scotland 100 mile route from Glasgow to Edinburgh... Ade, Geo, Paul and Rob.

The route takes riders through the Southern Uplands and down into Edinburgh passing through 7 local authorities and incorporating the best sections of numerous Scottish cycle racing circuits, including the A77 10 Mile Time Trial, sections of the Moscow APR and the Strathaven Anderside Classic, incorporating steeps climbs around Muirkirk and undulating stretches across wild moorland

Between us we have successfully raised over £4000 for various charities over the course of the past 4 years. Our chosen charity for the Pedal For Scotland event is Maggie's Centres.

Maggie’s Centres are calm, uplifting, inspiring places, where people come to feel at home, to find friendship, solace and practical help. People can access information on cancer and its treatment, emotional support, confidential counselling and advice.
