I would like to thank every one that sponsored me on the Great 500 bike ride for Marie Curie last year. As you may remember I undertook the challenge because my sister had cancer, and I wanted to do something to help people that were suffering like her.

Unfortunately Mary lost her battle on the 3rd January this year. So I have decided to do one more event in her name.

I am going to send out a blanket email to my contact list so if supported me on the last occasion thank you and I do not expect you to sponsor me again so soon after the last event.

* £25 Pays for a slide sheet, used to move patients in bed.

* £125 Pays for one therpy day at  Marie Curie hospice.
