Dulcie will be taking part in the Herts Fundraising Group's annual sponsored walk on the 20th October 2013 in Benington, Herts.  All money raised will go to help Dogs Trust.

Dulcie is a 3 year old Jack Russell/Yorkshire Terrier cross.  She is quite a character and can be a real tomboy, although she does love her fuss and cuddles too!  She absolutely loves her food and also playing with her toys.  This summer she has spent a lot of time swimming after her ball in the river, which is not only good exercise but also helped to keep her cool.

She has done her fair share of raising funds for the Dogs Trust by helping her owner at street collections and stalls at village fetes.  At one collection at a local garden centre, she even had her own collecting bowl - which the children thought was a great idea.  She really enjoyed doing the sponsored walk last year and raised £1,087 for the Dogs Trust and I'm sure she will be tackling this year's walk with great enthusiasm - as she does most things in life.
