Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. With my passion for the outdoors and having competed in such events as Australia's Avon Decent white water event, UK 3 Peak 24 hour challenge and successfully climbed Mt Blanc with my brother, I am hoping to turn my energy, tenacity & good health to benefit people that are not as lucky as we are.
In the summer of this year I will undertake the Tour du Mont Blanc with my brother, which is considered to be the blue ribbon trek in the European Alps. The trek passes through France, Switzerland and Italy. It covers a total distance of 166klm and has a total elevation of 9400 meters and is one of the many treks offered by Alpine Trek http://www.alpine-trek.com . Normally the trek takes eight days but our goal is to do it within 72 hours, unsupported; which means we carry all that we need on our backs!
