'Ha! ha!' I can hear you say 'just because you survived the Cambodian ride you think your body will manage the Kenyan ride'. You have a point - call it misplaced bravado, a pretension that harks back to my fitter, younger days. Well who knows? Anyhow it looks like I've signed the relevant papers signing away my lungs, my legs and of course my seat!! Nice thought, not!
Cycling Kenya in November, will be a wonderful way to enjoy the countryside, the people and the camaraderie of fellow cyclists whilst at the same time contributing to a worthy cause by helping children affected by poverty /HIV/Aids via the extremely efficient Charity (ICT). How much better can one feel? Come along, join us and have a great time.
If you can't make it why not donate something that will help. Small or large (preferably large) it all goes to an excellent cause. I'm relying on your generosity.
Cheers and many thanks,
Duncan
