ICT works in partnership with local organisations in Africa and Asia to give some of the world’s most vulnerable children back their childhood. We believe that all children, regardless of socio-economic background, have the right to enjoy their childhood and reach their potential.

Having recovered from the aches and pains of Sri Lanka, I have been talked into doing it all over again! In November 2006 I will be riding over 400km across Cambodia.

I've already bought a new bike and started my training early! I am also determined to run a marathon this summer to get fit. I have warmed up with the Silverstone Half Marathon, which I ran on March 19 in 1:38:04.

This is all an effort to raise money for International Childcare Trust. Funds will be distributed to their partners who provide shelter, healthcare and education to marginalized children, many of whom have lost parents.
