Story
Hi, I'm Laura, Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing a Charity Tandem Sky Dive at 1pm on Sunday 18th September (I am one Crazy Foool!!!!).
I need to raise a minimum of £395... in sponsorship money - The skydive will take place at Hibaldstow, Redbourne Road, Brigg, DN20 9NN. If any of you want to watch us (I will be one of upto 20 people doing this amazing event!!!).
The reason I am doing this for this amazing charity is down to one of my Junior Cheerleaders Ebony. Ebony is 10 years old and is a life long patient at the Children's Heart unit based at Leeds General Infirmary. I personally want to do this because I see how big an impact this charity has had on Ebony's life. I see how far Ebony has come in her short life due to the two heart surgerys she desperately needed to survive. Her first was a life saving, emergency heart operation aged just 8 weeks old, her second aged 2 years was for full repair surgery however she will still need more surgery as she grows, which is why we need to raise money and awareness for this fantastic life saving charity.
Put your hands in your pockets to help support me support this charity and save little hearts like Ebony's even if it is only a £1 :)
The Children's Heart Surgery Fund Charity at leeds LGI supports valuable equipment, resources and research for the treatment of children with heart defects, whilst providing a support service for both the children and their families along the way.
"Our aim is to ensure that these children have the best possible chance of survival. Our hope is to give 'each child a childhood'; our dream is to give them an adulthood. Please help us to continue this amazing work. " CHSF moto
