About our charity
Founded in Edinburgh in 1902, Ecas runs activities (swimming, art, craft, computing and yoga), gives grants for holidays and items not funded by statutory sources and has an innovative befriending project. Its computer art won an award in a Europe-wide competition sponsored by Microsoft. It also does research and campaigning.
