About my charity : East Cheshire Hospice East Cheshire Hospice
East Cheshire Hospice provides special care for adults with life-limiting illnesses from which there is no cure and also supports their families and carers. Our services are completely free and we need to raise over £5,500 every single day just to keep going.

My personal message:

We are a group of 20 friends that have got together to run the 2008 Great Manchester Run in aid of the East Cheshire Hospice.


We have all known of somebody that has used the fantastic service that the hospice provides and are amazed to learn that they need to raise £5,500 per day to stay open. We would therefore like to raise this amount by getting blisters, sore legs, bad backs and swollen feet by running 10K (6 miles) on the 18 May 2008.
If you would like to support this most important facility, please do so.

It would be helpful if you could mention when giving if you know any of the runners.
