my mother had arthritis almost life long..and suffered badly

resulting in joint replacements and fused wrists and extreme pain

So..Im looking to push myself further with my running then ever before..i started by running around the local parks before  winning my first 5k race in 2013...10ks and half marathons followed...before stepping up to marathons and recently a 50k ultra off road race........so this 100k will be the next major step up and feel I need to really to achieve this goal
