Since Ellis’ passing, we have been overwhelmed with both the support and interest shown by family, friends and the general public.
During Ellis’ illness we as a family had no idea how much time and attention goes into each and every child that is unlucky enough to get sick. As well as an amazing team of doctors and nurses, charities like SCAT were instrumental in Ellis’ care. SCAT is dedicated to the advancement of bone cancer research, to providing the best possible care and support at each stage of treatment and to improving the quality and dignity of life for all patients. SCAT is one of two charities supported by the Ellis Harriet Clark Foundation which was founded in memory of Ellis with the aim of making the lives of children suffering with cancer a little easier.
