Hi All,

The madness has set in again and I am slipping on the running shoes again for a gruelling 13.1 miles!

I had no intention of running this event for charity this year, however something happened at the office

recently and one of my Friends/collegues had a stroke. This brought to my attention what a stroke victim

has to cope with afterwards and the care and attention that is required for them to make a full

recovery. Some are very unfortunate and are not able to make a complete recovery and need alot

of help with speech, walking etc on a day to day basis as well as trying to cope mentally with what

has happened to them.

Due to what happened I changed my mind and decided to run for the 'Stroke Association'

Please help me along the 13.1 mile course for this great cause and sponsor me for as much

as you can manage, I am going to try and acheive a personal best at this distance and all your donations

will most certainly help me on my way.

Dont forget to watch on the day and send me messages along the way to keep me going!
