Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me so far I have reached my target - looks like I can't chicken out now!

Hi thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have in a moment of madness agreed to abseil from the Forth Rail bridge A.K.A my "Dangle with Death" - as I have nothing to abseil on just SAS style i.e. free fall. GULP

The abseil is on Sunday 8th May, so I am hoping for a dry, sunny day and that the trains have stopped running for the morning.

I am fundraising for a local voluntary charity called "Bosom Buds of Scotland" which was formed by a group of friends as a result of close relatives being affected by tumors.  They were inspired to help by raising money and awareness and are donating to St Johns Oncology Unit, Cancer Research and the supply of real hair wigs.

On a personal level I am also taking part in the abseil, having seen at first hand what my mum has been through with breast cancer, I can only hope that by doing my part I can give something to someone else in her situation.
