On monday 28th me n Quils together with a group of about 100 others took part in a 10 mile hike around the south wales coastline. Very nice you might think. But we hadn't reckoned on some of the most stinkinest mingingest weather anyone had seen this year. It proper pissed it down! This photo was taken about 10 minutes into the walk - as you can see, we almost drowned. Thankfully it was all for a very good cause. We are raising money for the Skandavale Hospice. It's an amazing, very positive and exciting hospice - they offer some therapies you can't get anywhere else in the Uk - its well worth a tenner (or two)! thanks so much love - ell x
