Emma was a bright and loving daughter, sister and friend.  She passed away on 11th September 2010 and in lieu of flowers her family have asked that donations be made to MDF - The BiPolar Organisation.  Emma was diagnosed as BiPolar in 2009 having lived with the effects of it for a number of years.  Please dig deep and give as much as possible in memory of Emma.
