Thank you for visiting my page,

I've decided to run the BUPA London 10,000 for the British Heart Foundation. For more information on the work they do see their site : http://www.bhf.org.uk/

As you can see, I've set myself a rather lofty target of £400, so please do sponsor me. Any amount at all will be very much appreciated.
