My second run is in aid of a charity that means a great deal to myself and my family. 

CMT (Charcot Marie Tooth disease), is a condition that affects the nerves in your legs and arms and that can result in the need for wheelchair use; it is a condition that my Dad suffers from and so we have come to appreciate at first hand just how valuable the work of CMT is in supporting both sufferes and their families.

Any donation would be greatly received for this charity.
