I've now completed the Half Marathon in 2 hours 15 minutes and 24 seconds.
It was tricky as we had our baby just days before and the weather was very, very hot.

I'm Running the St Albans Half Marathon. It's 13 miles of pain but it's all for a good cause - The Chiltern MS Centre. Please read more about the great work they do in the panel on the left.
