On bank holiday Monday I am running the Bupa 10k race in London which, in case there was any doubt, is a really really long way.

I am running to raise money for the Cotswold Care Hospice. The hospice is a really special place that means a lot to the village and to the many people and families who have relied on it through the years. It does amazing work and needs all the help that we can give it....

... so please give generously and think of me on Monday!
