On the 7th June 2008, myself and my two friends Jordanna and Jenny will be cycling approx 40 miles, to raise money and awareness for the charity Pancreatic Cancer UK. On the 18th of May 2008 I will be running the Manchester 10k to again, raise money and awareness for this charity.

Jordannas'  Uncle Les was diagnosed with this form of cancer in November 2003 and since this time has undergone surgery and chemotherapy. Jordanna and her uncle along with a team of fundraisers are embarking on a charity bike ride this summer from 25th July - 7th August. The ride will start from Harrow (London) to Krakow (Poland). For futher info on this event please visit www.biketothefuture.org.uk. The team are hoping to raise £40,000 and we are  trying to raise extra money by undertaking a Bike to the Future - Work Day Ride and the accumulated miles which are cycled that day will go towards the 'Round the World' target mileage.
