Why your donation matters

SOUVENIR D’ANNE FRANK is a multi-faceted project rooted in a new, collaboratively created theatre/music work, which celebrates the life of Anne Frank, bringing together East and West through the inspiring story of the ‘Souvenir d’Anne Frank’ rose in Japan. PAINTING LIFELINES workshops for refugee communities, schools and colleges are integral to the project, together with Exhibition work from our partners the ANNE FRANK TRUST UK. A ‘Souvenir d’Anne Frank’ rose, sent especially from Japan, will be planted in each community the project visits, a symbol of peace and reconciliation. SOUVENIR D’ANNE FRANK premieres at Manchester's Zion Arts Centre and a national UK tour follows. We are £6,000 short of our funding target.
