I drive the Round Scotland lorry for Blythswood

I am running in the Drymen 10K this year. Having not run for over 20 years, this will be quite a challenge and an achievement when I reach the finishing line.
Those of you who know me are probably falling about with laughter at the thought of me running 10K, so go ahead, get your hands in your pocket and donate something for the laugh, at least. Cheers. For those of you who do not know me, My name is Eric. I work for a Christian Charity called Blythswood Care who is hosting a 10K in Drymen, August 23rd. My son JP and I are running as team Langford. We are lucky enough to do a job that helps vulnerable young and old people here as well as Eastern Europe and other parts of the world. Thank you for looking at my page.
