I am raising funds for Little Hearts Matter (LHM) by completing a triathlon on the 7th of June.

LHM is a charity that supports families who have a child with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.  About 400 babies per year are diagnosed with this condition which effectively means that the left chamber of the heart does not work.  My son Alex has this condition and has already had three major heart operations.  He's now 4 and coping really well with his half a heart.  LHM does an excellent job providing families with information and support.
