Story
Everesting is a cycling challenge, you have to climb a chosen hill enough times in one session to reach the height of Everest, 8,848m. We will be attempting to do this on Box Hill, another iconic hill, on 29th May, the anniversary of the first ascent of Everest.
We will start at 5am, do 73 ascents (and descents), covering over 260 miles and taking around 20 hours.
This is a challenge of both physical and mental stamina that far exceeds anything we have done before, but could there be a more fitting way to help the people of Nepal?
Any donation would be welcome and would certainly help motivate us along the way!
If you find yourself in the area on the day, with a bike, why not join us for a few reps, it will help.
Sally and I thank you all for your support.
