OK.... so we maybe mad but what the heck!

For some unknown reason we have decided to group together as a team and attempt our first triathalon together. We don't promise to be the fastest (despite our name!) but we do promise to finish the course in one piece, have some fun and raise money for some really worthy charities.

The funds will be distributed to the following charities:

 Help a London Child  Rays of Sunshine  Greenhouse Schools Project  World Jewish Relief Shelter from the Storm Employment Resource Centre Kisharon  Old People's Welfare  University College London Hospitals (Mothers & Daughters)
