It is grounded in the belief that everyone can respond to music, no matter how ill or disabled. The unique qualities of music as therapy can enhance communication, support change, and enable people to live more resourcefully and creatively. We work from three bases in Lasswade (Midlothian), Crosshill (Fife) and Glasgow.

My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep or even dig shallow (every little helps) and sponsor me online.

We (Caitlyn Hessell (Summer Rain Recordings) and Ben Phaze (Beatfeast Collective)are walking The West Highland Way (96 miles over 7 days) in Scotland in August this year to raise funds for Nordoff-Robbins, a fantastic Music Therapy charity.

Starting to worry about my ability to walk 14 miles a day for 7 days...but my reasons for doing it (to promote and support the music therapy work of Nordoff Robbins) heftily outweighs my desire to lie by the river in long summer afternoons with a few beers.
