The absolute sacrifices of people caring for loved ones, who are sick, old or disabled, often go unrecognised and unnoticed by society. Yet this selfless love and care can be incredibly draining, leaving even the strongest of people both physically and mentally exhausted. The East Cheshire Crossroads Caring for Carers provides vital support and advice to help these truly heroic people carry on their incredible work.
