On the 3rd July 2010 I fractured my L2 Vertebra I had two rods and four screws inserted into my Spine for a period of 10 months, they have been recently been removed and I am now on the road to recovery and as a personal goal I set my self the goal to take part and complete the 2012 London marathon.

I will be running for two charities
UCLH oncology fund
University College London Hospital is a world-leading cancer centre, providing treatment and care for thousands of cancer patients every year.

And I will also be running for

 ABF the soldiers charity, who gives a lifetime of support to serving and retired soldiers and their families. They risk so much for us, but for them, it’s just doing their job.

And I will also be running for
