Well it's been a tough year of work and exams and Everest feels like a very long time ago. All that revision was accompanied by a few too many choccies and not enough time spent outdoors. So time for another challenge in aid of fantastic cause!!
In July I will be joining Stuart Block for the first leg of his inspirational, some would say insane, journey by bike from Johannesburg to London. Stuart is an Economics teacher in Cranleigh with an interest in educational development and improving links between schools in Africa and the UK. He is raising money for schools in Zambia as well as working on a major building project for one of the schools. Amazingly, £30k is enough to build a basic school for 200 kids.
So please help me to do my bit by sponsoring me to get from Johannesburg, via Botswana, to Victoria Falls in Livingstone. That's 1500km of pedalling over 14 days. My target is £1500. That's one pound per kilometre. Please, please please give a little, or a lot, to make this journey worth it.

Thanks everyone and wish me luck!!!
