<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Well here we go. My first running experience - ever!</p> <p>I am running the Windsor half marathon in aid of Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.&nbsp;</p> <p>My husband and I set up Alexander's charity in memory of him, he was a very charitable child within his own right.&nbsp;&nbsp;His charity will provide a Hospice Service for life limited and life threatened children, just like him, within the county of Berkshire and beyond.&nbsp; We do not have a children's hospice service in Berkshire and there is a desperate need, we are now well on our way, into making that a reality.</p> <p>Alexander's charity already funds two Alexander Nurses who support children with respite and end of life care, it is a complete privilege to offer this service and to share in&nbsp;the journey with&nbsp;the most extraordinary children.</p> <p>I would like to express my thanks to Windsor Leisure Centre who have very kindly taken me under their wing and are sponsoring me with a training programme and the professionals to ensure that I get round the course in one piece!!</p> <p>If you can help in any way, I would be most grateful and you will be making a huge difference to some amazing children.</p> <p>Thank you......</p>
