The Cardiomyopathy Association provides support, advice and information for individuals and families suffering from Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM), Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC), and Restrictive Cardiomyopathy.

"This is my greatest challenge to date as I have never run a marathon before. I am running in memory of my 7 year old cousin Stephen who died of a heart condition in October 1991 and in memory of Daniel Yorath who died 6 months later. All proceeds will go to the Daniel Yorath Appeal in aid of the Cardiomyopathy Association."
