My story
Dear Sponsors and Supporters of the Foglietta Big Snow Challenge!
As many of you will know, your Big Snow Challenge Team of Nick, Carole, Neil and Yoann completed three consecutive ascents and descents of the Foglietta Mountain last Friday 2nd of March alternating between skis, telemarks and snowboard in a total time of 10.25 minutes. This is the holy grail of Sainte Foy skiing challenges and we would not have been up to the task if we had not been motivated by the goals of the wonderful Kariandusi School Trust which is a building a secondary school for 540 children in Kenya who otherwise would have no chance of an education. So far, the Foglietta Challenge has raised a total of £40.632 for Kariandusi, inclusive of my family´s matching donation and UK Gift Aid. And donations are still coming in. To all those wonderful people who have already donated, our heartful thanks for your wonderful support! Kariandusi School Trust
Charity Registration No. 1101103
Kariandusi School Trust is a charity set up for the advancement of education amongst children in rural Kenya. It does this by the construction of school buildings and the ongoing provision of school facilities in those schools. It also supports additional teachers, where these are not provided by the government.
