So with shoulder surgery looming I have made the last minute decision to run The Bristol 10k for Cots for Tots after the realisation that my 'issues' while painful, are relatively minor compared to some faced by children who have to visit the BRI.

The facilities and staff of Bristol's children's hospital recently helped out some friends of ours and we would be very grateful for any support you can show the Cots for Tots Appeal.

I want only slightly less sympathy from you than that given to thinking about the children that will benefit from any contribution you are able to make! ;)
