We've done it!!  Despite the great British summer (strong winds, stinging rain, hail etc etc etc) Team Destroyer completed the 24 Peaks challenge this weekend.  See the map opposite for full details of the route.  Thank you all so much for your emotional and financial support!

If you haven't already, there is still plenty of time to sponsor us on this page, all in aid of Seafarers UK.

Seafarers UK awards grants to charities supporting the Royal Navy, Merchant Navy and fishing fleets, as well as those supporting seafarer's families, widows and children.  Our Dad became the Chairman of Seafarers UK when he retired from the Royal Navy, and wholeheartedly supported their mission.

We doubt that Dad would have been the first to volunteer to join us if he were still alive, but are delighted that by accepting this challenge we have reached our target of raising £5000 for a charity that was extremely important to him.

Thank you,

Georgie & Mike
