My story

My name is Jonjo and I am 11 years old.

In February 2011 and again in 2012 I walked from the Bobby Moore statue outside Wembley Stadium to the centre circle of West Ham Uniteds stadium in memory of my Nanny Lyn and Bobby Moore who both passed away from bowel cancer. I chose these stadiums because Bobby played football at both. My walk covered 23 miles and took me 3 days. I will be completing my walk every year now and I also organise lots of other charity events. In February 2013 I walked 66 miles in 6 days.  I have appeared on TV and I speak about my charity at events and on the radio.

I have not set a target for my fund raising because I want to raise as much as I can and keep going until I help find a cure.

You can find out lots about me on my website www.fornannyandbobby.moonfruit.com or you can follow me on Twitter www.twitter.com/jonjoheuerman or Facebook www.facebook.com/jonjos.walk.

My updates 3
