As many of you know, in May 2008 I will be taking part in a 50 mile trek through the Romanian Carpathian mountains - the last stronghold of the European Brown Bear, before reaching a WSPA funded bear sanctuary. I will then be volunteering at this sanctuary for rescued and confiscated bears, to assist with the great work that is being undertaken there.

Your sponsorship amount will be used by WSPA (the largest federation of animal welfare organisations in the worls) to fund their work with wildlife.
