Spurred on by a few of my idiotic friends completing an 8 mile assault course recently, I thought i'd get fit. As a result i'm doing the Bristol half marathon in september. I thought that whilst i'm dying of oxygen deprivation I may as well be rasing some cash for charity. Animal welfare is something I believe in strongly and so would appreciate it if you folks (yes Martin Rance -even you) could spare a few quid to help my charity.
