Saturday 27th August 2011 2pm til late

HeartFest is back! A great weekend of local British summer fun. Music from superb bands, tasty food and locally brewed lager (thank you Freedom). Why? To raise much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation and Rainbows Childrens Hospice. In 2009 we raised an incredible £11,750. Thanks to all of you who bought tickets, turned up, drank beer, ate food and got going in the auction. And had an amazing time as well. If you didn't come, you missed out! We've got 500 tickets, and last year we sold out way before the weekend,so book now on our website www.freedomheartfest.org. If you aren't able to make it, PLEASE MAKE A DONATION! £10 would be the cost of a ticket, but any donation would be gratefully received.
Music from 2pm til late that night. Cracking bands, a mix of rock, blues, acoustic, and other styles. There will also be Barton's got Talent, an entertainment tent for children, face painting, stalls, raffle, auction, Food and Refreshments arena, and lots more. We'll keep you posted. Tents can be pitched for a short stumble to bed! Every penny made from the festival goes to the charities (split 50/50), no profit is made, and most of the people supporting the event are giving services and wares for free or at cost price. We just get the pleasure of handing over a lot of cash! THANKYOU!
