Story
My dad was a wonderful man who loved his family very much, he was a rock to many of us. Little did we know that a painful hip, thinking it was arthritis, would be a rare form of cancer called Sarcoma. Dad's sarcoma was terminal and also very invasive. It took just 12 weeks from diagnosis to him passing away. Many of our local doctors and consultants missed the diagnosis so I want to spend 2016 raising money for this wonderful charity to help researchers find the answers sooner. To raise awareness of this form of cancer and maybe help others to get diagnosed quickly and treatment to be effective for them.
Please help us to raise funds for Sarcoma UK by donating through our JustGiving page. It is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
