Hamelin Trust is committed to supporting children and adults with disabilities and their carers, by providing a range of high quality services.  By working in partnership with individuals and their families, the Trust ensures services are person centred.  They have Hamelin House a short break resource offering overnight and day opportunities for children up to the age of 18.  They also have outreach support, Growlands, a short break service for adults with learning disabilities or complex needs.  Additionally there is a free service for the support of adult carers across Essex.
