Hello!

I am a British, community- based optometrist working in Hampshire.

I am going to Sierra Leone  from 16th September to 2nd October 2016, with a small group of optometrists, dispensing  opticians and an optical technician to set up a Vision Centre in Makeni, and to provide outreach clinics  in local villages. When we issue prescriptions, the spectacles can be made up by VAO -trained,  local people, working in the Vision Centre.

I personally am paying £500 to go on this assignment but this is less than half of the full cost.
