We're completing an Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Barcelona on the 21st May 2017. The total distance is 70.3miles or 113km. Broken down that's a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 20km run. We're hoping to complete the full distance in under 6.15hours.
The civil war in Syria is truly awful. More than 250,000 people have lost their lives in four-and-a-half years of armed conflict, which began with anti-government protests before escalating into a full-scale civil war.
