Out walking clears my mind, it's my space and time and out walking one morning I was thinking about the care St David's Foundation is giving to my Mum at the moment. It then dawned on me that I could walk for the cause. As soon as I got home I set up my just giving page through their charity page. I promise every penny will be well earned!
