We are all heartbroken to lose a special Wife, Mam, Nana, Sister and Sister in Law and a great friend to so many people. 

As she suffered from COPD this is a charity that was close to her heart and we know she would be proud  that she has been able to help in any small way. 

Our lives simply will never be the same again.
