The Coast to Coast bike ride now seems a distant memory and I'm now training for the Great North Run on the 10 September. 
The training is going fairly well.  I'm regularly running 5k and have also built up my distance to 16k, so still quite a way to go with the
training.  I will be very proud to represent Pancreatic Cancer UK, all
donations from anyone wishing to support me would be greatly appreciated.
