We are cycling 650 km from North Vietnam to South Vietnam in January. We will start in Hanoi and cycle down to Ninh Bin via Mai Chau, then go to Hue by train and cycle to Ho Chi Minh City via Hue, Hoi An, Quy Nohn, Nha Trang, Dalat and Ke Ga. We are doing this because as parents, we want to show support to young people who need the help of charities like Young Minds. As someone who has worked in education with young people since 1987, I know from experience that mental well-being is crucial to their development as they prepare for adult life.
