Thank you for taking the time to read our story.

It was back in 2013 when my good friend Lee told me the news that his lovely wife Sharon had been diagnosed with breast cancer. I was devastated as were they and all our friends. 

Through her courage Sharon battled this disease and in late 2013 received the news that she was now cancer free and could get on with rebuilding her life with the help of her husband and loving family. 

However worse was to come, when in July 2015 Sharon was informed that her cancer had returned and spread to her liver and was now incurable. 

In January 2016 Lee received the dreaded phone call that Sharon had passed away during the night at St Clare Hospice. I know that Macmillan Cancer were of a great help to Lee and his family and Sharon during these times and so on June 20th we are being joined by Lee to complete the Macmillan 72 hole golf challenge in honour of Sharon. I do hope you feel able to support us and help us achieve our target and please help us to help beat this horrible disease.
